Unlimited Potential was founded and is directed by Roxanne Louise. As the name implies, it is based on a belief in your unlimited potential, and a philosophy that you are master of yourself, a message that Roxanne began to deliver to the neighborhood from the early age of 4. Unlimited Potential respects the intelligence, wisdom and creativity of your inner mind, soul and spiritual guidance to guide your life, heal your issues, and solve your own problems. Through group training, private sessions, books and tapes, we assist you to access that inner self and move towards conscious/ subconscious/ superconscious integration and self mastery. We teach many tools to help you help yourself, and to take back control of your mind, emotions, habits, and life.

Unlimited Potential began in 1989 with private hypnosis sessions in West Orange, New Jersey, and classes in stop smoking, stress management, self-hypnosis and other self-help methods in Montclair, Morristown and Fairfield. Reiki sessions and dowsing were added in 1991. Reiki classes were added in 1992 UP Publications started in 1992 to produce Roxanne's many books. A professional hypnotherapy training program began in 1993 and was nationally approved by the American Board of Hypnotherapy and by the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association. The Association of Hypnosis Professionals began in 1997 to offer back-up support and monthly seminars and networking for hypnotherapists in the metropolitan New Jersey/New York area.

From time to time, Unlimited Potential has sponsored others to teach courses in keeping with the philosophy of Unlimited Potential, and to offer additional services within its facilities. While no longer sponsoring others except for the Association of Hypnosis Professionals meetings, Unlimited Potential does have associates in New Jersey to offer hypnosis or Reiki sessions/classes when Roxanne is out of town. After 12 years, the full-time New Jersey office closed in January, 2001 so that Roxanne could focus on writing and on traveling more extensively as a trainer. However, a part-time base was maintained in Roseland, New Jersey. As of January, 2002, the administrative center moved to West Augusta, Virginia. Roxanne continues to travel monthly to New Jersey to work with clients and teach classes there.
